I'm really feel proud to be a part this company. As per my view Job is Secured & always feel satisfaction from own work, Team is too supportable, Daily Travelling approx. 200+Km in different-different location is necessary. Travel & Boarding policy is Average but here island & Logging policy is Good, company do Innovation too much but without pilot testing & ground-work & market feedback therefore field team do struggling too much in implementation with in given time frame. Profession life majorly spoil the personal life & health. About appraisal I feel it's average according to market senairio but promotion break time is min. three year in co. rules. If anyone join the company as a management trainee/Marketing Officer then their profile will be change after getting the fourth promotion....Read More

Daily Travelling and Co. start focusing on different sector without streamline the primary our business. For new innovative product/sector they not hiring man-power/not going to give training to existing team members. But team is wonderful which share the details & support to each other on every stage when colleague

Work Details

I'm in role of channel development, Insurance Marketing (General, Life & Health), Giving IT Support to CP & Online Support to customer, Customer Retention Role and also the role of cross product selling. Planning & targeting to achieve own & team target

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
