Work-life balance is quite good here. The culture is an inclusive one, but depends on the team you work in. Timings are flexible allowing for urgent personal work to be taken up too.

Growth is very slow. Manager's perspective of you can decide whether you receive promotion or not. Your performance 2 years back can affect your promotion chances even if you may have performed exceptionally over the last 1 year. No appraisals or promotions twice in last 3 years stating various reasons/factors. Company is ready to provide compensation to new hires but nothing for long serving employees.
