Likes

People, technology, learning opportunities and the director. People there including the director are very understanding and give you flexibility and space, and offer help if you ever find yourself in any problem.

Dislikes

Sometimes working hours can be very long and work-life balance can be disturbed. Also salary is low compared to the industry standards.

I have been working here for 3 years and these 3 years were awesome. Work always felt like doing something fun.

Employee Benefits

We can ask the HR to whatever activity we want to have and they will try to arrange it. You can also find us chilling out 1 2 hours after lunch in the office. We play numbers of games during those including uno, 28 and carrom.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
