An Abhorrent work atmosphere. If you are planning on joining this particular organization as Corporate HR, please do yourself a favor and don't , don't I repeat just don't join this organisation. t's just a trap and nothing more. The manager AAKRITI, is thr most pitiful of all, she acts as if she knows everything but the fact is,she only remebers 5-10 lines that you can expect from her during meetings and for the rest of the day. She also coontributes nothing at all, believing herself to be better than every other employee in the company. Her attitute in particularly suggests that she thinks all the employees are stupid when in reality the opposite is true . You will be hired as corporate HR but the work you will do is of cold calling ONLY. Toxic work environment, culture. The management will pin everything on you. You don't get to source your own data and are expected to make 100 calls on a daily bases. The pressure of you will be thrown out of the organisation if you don't give final selections will be implemented since DAY 1. A termination warning will be given on mail after 10 working days, if you don’t have a proper selection ( the candidate joins, rest is not even considered). The hidden criteria for business development role is a pretty face. Endless meetings for no reason. These meetings are Stretched for hours after 6pm and corporate HRs are made to stay back till 7-7:30pm EVERY WEEK but if you come 10 mins late, salary is deducted.
