Everything is terrible here. You will work for a month to get your salary, but when payday comes, you'll find out that your salary will be delayed by one or two weeks. Although they are supposed to pay on the 10th of each month, we usually receive our salary on the 12th and sometimes more delyed. There are no regular salary increments; they keep you in the dark about it. You might get a raise if you manage three clients or are the face of clients and have an offer from another company. Otherwise, they will tell you that the company is not in a good condition to increase your salary. The work culture is terrible, and no HR personnel are available to provide any clarification.
