Company’s macro management is not good. Salaries are not credited on time. There is no one to take responsibility of the leaves balances. Even if you have balance with you they can deduct it from your salary and you need to raise multiple concerns in order to get it resolved.

There is some transportation issues which can be improved like can routes and cab drivers. Cab security is must when you are working in night shift so there must be some security assurance.
