Best thing to work under HDFC Bank banner is the value in market of the bank is satisfactory and you can easily got business from client via business policies created by the bank. If I talk about working experience, I learnt lot of product knowledge and marketing skills from senior.

Well, talking about Culture of the corporate there are very worst. HR Ruled by senior authorities so you can’t even complaint on your troubles. There are no timing limit for working, we are working from 9:00 AM To Evening-Night-Early Morning on Monthend. There are zero value for ground Staffs. The job is target oriented but seniorauthorities of the product expecting higher and higher even after achieving the target. The end less working expecting under low salary by seniors. In-short no doubt to work under big banner of the bank, Great learnings but life of ground staff is not matter for seniors....Read More
