Nothing Worst organisation, seniors attitude towards subordinates , juniors is worst. Actually these few people have already laid the foundation of downfall not immediately but slowly. Even the Circle heads are not having any farsightedness and ability to guage the things in a right manner. This bank is far away in terms of technology as compared to other leading private sector banks.

Dislikes

No training, no handholding of new joinees. Everybody wants results but nobody guides. No training part, if it's there just a formality.
