There is no proper work culture and job satisfaction in working with HDFC bank HR don't even know their responsibility. Here targers and extreme pressue is more than employees tolerance. Inappropriate language used in office premises. Even in pandemic whole staff was called to branch no roster followed. Bank should not even mentionwork from home if they can not provide it.
