No work life balance No support from management(any level)specially your own colleague won't support u. 0% job security. Your own manager or his manager or his super manager will ask you multiple times in your timeline to put down your paper. I haven't seen any bank to act like a insurance agent. This bank have 3insurance sompany tied up for more brokerage and make money for company. 0% work satisfaction. I use to work for almost 12-14hours per day just to complete my job which didn't use to get complete even at night 11.30pm. They will also call you for the work in Bharat/Karnataka bandh. They will close the shutter and make their employee to work in any critical situation.Employees will visit the branch from far houses just because of the dramatically situation they will make it employee don't visit the branch. If you are good at multitasking and willing to devote considerable part of your working days to the job then the incentive structure easily takes care of your monetary dreams

Just too much pressure for people, not born to be into sales, daily threats thrown for firing, demotion or transfer and most annoying is the micro management, one has to report every single hour into the system
