Pathetic organization.there is so much pressure of operation work as well as sales.worst organization which doesn't recognise employee hard work and sincerity.there is buttering system , organization is not fair with all employee.please consider genuine Hard work of operational staff who does sales along with operations.everytime sales staff efforts are considered.One more hilarious thing that is memo for every small mistake that's not fair and mostly inputters gets memo.authorisers and seniors blames juniors for every mistake. process of cross checking of work is done at authorizer level , they should clearly check every entry. A number of times I have heard about inputters that they are bloody inputter. Reality is without inputter a branch can't function. So real hard workers are inputters.Also I have faced gender discrimination,it is considered that a girl doesn't need money as family is not dependent on them.Males have to ruin their homes have responsibilities of famlies but for female doesn't have these kinds of responsibility....Read More

It's a torture to work with HDFC Bank. Would not advice anyone to join this bank. Deserving candidate are not promoted and they get very low salary package. Organization only think upper level authority like cluster heads or branch managers do all business...NO. Customer comes in branch because of services which is provided by operations team i.e. welcome desk and tellers. But organization underestimate their efforts and provided lowest salary package,even they worked almost for 11 hours in a day....Read More
