There are no set parameters for employee's well being specially if he is a family person. There are so many malpractices are being run by managers at middle level. After giving my 8 valuable years I can say work culture is dirty here. Buttering is the main ingredient to progress here because people at higher positions are less educated here and they always try to ruin your career. I started my career with HCL as a fresher after 8 years I left this company and in conclusion I can say middle management is too dirty. They do not have common sense, immature and their internal vigilance system is third class even though I wrote a mail to whistle blower team including chairmam I haven't got a single word of apology and I was not able to feed me and my family properly even after completing 8years with this company. My experience is worst with HCL. So many times I have informed my RM but they haven't taken care of it. At last I left because my survival was getting critical day by day.
