1. Job Security, there are lots of projects 2. Work-life balance: It depends of project/client assigned. Mostly balanced. 3. Work from Home 4. Onsite opportunities: Pay will be good for single, who goes on-site not with families, ofcourse all Indian MNCs same package follows.

Dislikes

1. Appraisals & variable pay(Never get Full) 2. Going to Office SEZ like Jigani Campus in Bangalore. Everyday is a nighmare. 3. No shift allowance for most of the projects. 4. For Bachelors, more chances of assigning projects on force to Deputation, or if no projects available, required to move to another cities.

Work Culture is Desi.Most of the time many portals were at downtime and on maintenance....even sometimes myhcl portal won't work. Company should focus on the (work to be delivered ) and not on (sapience). Pros. Job security - but one should know how many years he need to be with same designation. Cons: promotions/salary hikes are very less

Promotions/salary hike are unlikely..Onsite role is hard to get.

I felt 100% job security. The work culture is also good. Management is very nice. I never felt bad at any point of time. They respect our thoughts. we have value in the company. They never degrade and talk. They respects employees. Company policies is also good. Over all its very comfortable work place.

Dislikes

I don't have much dislikes here i can say. Only teammates i felt bit but its manageable.

Changing domain a good idea?

I've got 5+ yrs of presales experience in Financial Services domain. Building more domain experience thru courses too. Working in latest tech - Cloud, GenAI etc. Got an offer in telecom, manufacturing - same presales role though with a decent hike. Also would be working in these techs only because this is the market now. Would changing the domain be a good idea now?
