Dislikes

Too much of micro management. They expect to work continously for 9 hours and with out breaks. Monitoring screentime and it should be 9 hours without calls.

Worst Manager and worst project(Oil&Gas), False statements, false promises... One biggest idiot lady doesn't know how to communicate with the resources she will ask you to do recruitment(speaking to candidates and schedule interviews). Here why they will take only PPL from Chennai/ Tamilians in HCL... PPL are working here since 8yrs... They only know 1 process and they will do the same... As PPL have less work so they concentrate on other activities. If you don't satisfy/ don't do manager work they will escalate to their manager and deduct the salary by saying of some other reason. They do illegal activities Such has hiding information or facts Hiring HR or anyHR are manipulative They dont have projects They hire and keep in bench which would not be disclosed until you run behind HR They dont responsd to any emails or calls They discuss one salary and give one salary on offer letter which has seperate breakup letter You receive in hand very less salary 9 to 9.30 hours work Never take an job in HCL they keep you on bench for 5 to 6 months then they ask you to take support job in bpo or resign If you get a project in engineering domain ,they intensionally assign you to a project which is about close in 1 or 2 months then again bench They will conduct fake internal interviews whère you clearlly understand the interview mangers intentions Or in the emails After so much of escalation they say they have project in diffrent location If you reject they will count as one opportunity declined But in reality if you accept that opportunities you will not get any updates fake again They bluff you try to fool In joining only they give differnt job location on offer letter with promise to correct the error but it is intentional not error which you understand later Notice period they say you were on bench with free salary so no notice period But you argue and get a chance to notice period they will give only 30 or 40 days where they hold onè month salary They will not give proper clearness pay They give holded salary with another half month salary with garutity PF they have there own trust for that also you have to run around after getting relived...Read More

The managers will do micro management , and new upcoming manager learning the same tradition. Very less professionalism. No trainings for managers on mangement . Just behave like senior govt employee, which is spoiling hcls reputation. HRs has no role for anything. Manager holding employees whom they like , and release of not required.

Lacks Knowledge sharing and inclusive nature of working - promotes more individual product ownership from day 1. Poor rewards, irregularly calling for office meetup but hardly anyone be at office, personal greed from Managers do not hesitate to fire without any ask/notice.
