No guarantee of promotion, very little hike or no hike, almost zero employee benefits (except medical), very difficult to get even small things like stationeries, printout, micro management.

... company or manager. They just deploy you on client location after that nothing. Another is they try to how they can delay bonus and yearly appraisal l. Every year they create new reason to delay yearly appraisal. They delay almost another 6-9 months to give appraisal.

Great place to work only for people who dont have any commitments in.their life. Because. Best corporate life.

If you spend aroung 10yrs in hcl yr salary growth just ill be like 4 yrs. Worked for 7 yrs and put all efforts. When i resigned my seniors didnt ask me to stay or sing word.

...h managers, they will fire male employees who are against that female employees. Managers will take the money from our salary like bonus and all Hr's will not support you All politics and regional gangs will be there. Especially in Google office If you give complaint to your manager, they will laugh at you only

There is nothing which can be liked in this billion dollar company. If anyone wants to have HCL brand name on their CV specially freshers you are always welcome but be ready to die in pain.

...ppreciations. Only tortures. HR management is worst. People management is worst. Some inexperienced people are sitting in some higher position doing nothing and simply enjoying the salary and benefits. Few of them are doing part time business while working on hybrid mode. People who have less package, less salary are dieing each day with mental pressure and torture. People with high simply enjoying the benefits with no work. Do not join this company ever.
