...ons . Company cares about its employee in all ways . That's why I worked 5 yrs .The only reason I left company is because of less salary . Salary normalization is not there w.r.t experience for old employees . Work life balance is there

Salary is less for old employees but for new employee capgemini is offering good salary as per the market standard.

...tionship with upper management even if he/she doesn't work or perform at all....you will be eligible for promotion and when incremented salary comes that too has alot of variable in it.

...o many irrelevant calls and egoistic and unworthy people leading the project only work for them as SUBCON if the experience add some value to your profile or if you get good salary hike which you can eventually use at next place

If you don't like your project or manager you can change it after 18 months without any higher management approvals

New people get more salary than one who sticks with company. But i guess it's with every IT companies.

The only good thing was WFH which they are closing now.

Absolutely everything. Below market pay, AC is off after 6:30pm, you need to ask for fan daily, no tissues, steel glasses for drinking water, strict 9 and half hours login like a call centre, no cafeteria food post 6pm, no transport, the network cables are broken, the access card doesn't work properly, they cant provide parking space even months after some one joins, no ODC access until desk allotment which also takes months, variable pay is horribly low.
