The Management is very much biased towards their old employees and no opportunity for the new commers, weekend holidays gets shifted in every month according to the management decision. Doing very hard work will not be appreciated and the reward for that hard will only be availed by your HOD. Lot of politics which makes the employee work life terrible. No support from the management at all.
