There are lot of points to put here but it will ultimately impact the organisation. There is no problem with the organisation it is more of management issue. No appreciation for the work done. Clear politics even in hiring the candidates. Even though the concerns are raised to the HR team they themselves do not take decisions instead follow the decisions of the concerned team managers which only impact the employees in a bad way.
