Management especially delivery Managers can understand the people pain and reality rather than only be client side and working only for client and having unrealistic expectations on the project team. Most of the project managers are always panic about client and pressurising the team.

Whatever JD told before joining is totally different. I wasting my time here and management is not allowing two months notice period. There is no buy out option also. Waste of time.

Honestly this review is the only thing you should see about this company. Nothing is good here. The people here are horrible. Even after formally complaining about harrasment, the company never took any action as the employee was in the organization for more than 10 years. The technical managers and architects are horrible. The HR support function is ineffective. Extreme politics. They do not respect or nurture talent. Zero support from your leads and managers on any critical incident. The coworkers are extremely sabatoging in nature and the management clearly nurtures and promotes the culture of people sabatoging the career of talented people. Micro management. Abysmal HR department & medical insurance policy. Only manual testing projects, so No learning and growth. PIPs are often based on "linguistics" rather than actual work. Real good seniors have already left, only seniors guys left are those who are not good enough to crack a new job elsewhere.
