Nothing to say good about likes. I would recommend not to join in this company

Dislikes

The work atmosphere and culture from management point of view is very attitude towards employee. No appreciation, no appraisal & not allowing vacation on time, false promises from management and HR. Even vacation money and Ticket are not provided during annual vacation. we need to buy the ticket from our side and reimbursement shall take minimum 6 months.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
