I joined Guardianlink as a fresh content writer and I am extremely pleased with my experience so far. The team is fantastic everyone is friendly, supportive and always willing to lend a helping hand. I have learned so much from my colleagues and have been given plenty of opportunities to develop my skills.

People are nice and you'll find yourself mingling quite early. You being from any culture doesn't matter much because they are welcoming. The culture is okay.

Dislikes

You won't find culture blend. It is basically all Tamils. That is still fine. The company is not particularly registered under Guardianlink name. It is Appstars something. That too is fine. The company is in the budding stage. And growth is stagnant. People with less experience is not that welcomed. Job security is the major issue. People work as though they can be laid off any day. There are people leaving the company just in 6 or 7 months. Recently, the company had a massive lay off. But that was not said so outside. Half of the floor was washed up. Sales were almost empty. Overall, please check how the status of the company is before accepting the offer. People are nice and educated so you'll be excited to work with them. Awesome work environment and maintain a proper work life balance. It has a good environment to work in guardianlink. People are so nice. And you can learn many things about digital life.

Nothing to say as everything is fine. But they don't provide any free food or transportation.

I learned many things about the metaverse as a writer by joining this company. It is easy to adjust since it has a clean working experience. Everything is online now, so writing a blog is no different. It is so easy and creative.

Friendly environment. I've joined the company as a fresher. I was mentored at professional level. It was fun learning the work. All seniors are co-operative and were able to build food relationship with colleagues.

This company has strict working hours, As a fresher it is hard to follow. But that's fine because of the environment. We don't feel tired.

Technically speaking, Guradianlink has a super cool working atmosphere. Nice management. Good compensation, hikes, work life balance and colleagues everything is amazing.

You will work for more than the working hours mentioned, it is based on the project. But it is so rare.

Lots of micro-management by inexperienced managers. They run a product for the community, but do not listen to the community. A lot of community members threaten to file cases on their Discord and Telegram. Teams are laid off en mass. Company follows a reckless hire and fire policy. When I joined there were 300+ people working there, now almost 70-80% have been laid-off. I was laid-off without any notice or severance package.
