People are nice and you'll find yourself mingling quite early. You being from any culture doesn't matter much because they are welcoming. The culture is okay.

You won't find culture blend. It is basically all Tamils. That is still fine. The company is not particularly registered under Guardianlink name. It is Appstars something. That too is fine. The company is in the budding stage. And growth is stagnant. People with less experience is not that welcomed. Job security is the major issue. People work as though they can be laid off any day. There are people leaving the company just in 6 or 7 months. Recently, the company had a massive lay off. But that was not said so outside. Half of the floor was washed up. Sales were almost empty. Overall, please check how the status of the company is before accepting the offer. People are nice and educated so you'll be excited to work with them.
