Now the company is closed and they are not paying salaries to their employees.

Dislikes

Ethically company management is very bad specially to Mr. Ashok Mahindru and Ms. Uditi Dham( Shruti Dham) they both are Father and daughter relation. They both are initially commit to all employees that they have paid their salaries but still after completing of more than 3 years they have not pay any pending salaries to any one.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
