Lot of politics Work life balance is zero they dnt care if u work or not they will see if you are from south they will convert or else tata bye bye They will ask you to extend anytime and it might be one or more they dnt care if it is day or night Less people they ll hire and lot of calls so horrible way they manage Managers are dogs and they only work like robot ans they think people who work under them are also dogs they dnt have any family life they joined gs means they ll work for 15 hrs and if they will not work throw them and more over no team outing no celebration nothing only work work...Read More

There is absolutely no work life balance. If found that an employee is more skilled than a tech manager every measure is taken to pull him down or push the resource to PIP to safeguard the personal interests of the managers. This is mostly specific to the CRS or client services department of the firm.
