Excellent Top Management Leadership. Socity's policy above politics and above self. Good work environment.

Dislikes

Transfers as per Management's convenience. Lack of leadership in middle management which has time and again proved lack of recognition and acknowledgemnnt.

My journey was from a teacher to vice principal and finally retired as Principal. I got chance to attend conferences and workshops . I got training of Lead auditor for ISO. I was permitted to avail DAAD scholarship.

Dislikes

Lot of politics. Salary is decent but lots of pressure of unnecessary work. unfortunately management at a higher level lacks knowlege . They should be given lessons of decency.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
