I Have never seen a project that completed fully, If your a developer that you will re work multiple times same UI, If project fail they will directly employees without second thought. Management will involve in your project but they wont with you, they will provide timelines when it suppose to start and complete, rest is on your head. So if your fresher you can join and you will gain experience, if your senior they will make your life measurable by committing tight deadlines, giving same ui with multiple times changing etc..,...Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
