- Projects are meh at best, very few of them actually provide learning opportunities - Non-technical managers, some of the worst in the industry - Way too much micromanagement in projects - No promotion for long term employees - No hikes for some people in the last 2 years (2023, 2024). Company keeps making excuses of business beingdown while their quarterly results paint a completely different picture - Those who do get hikes, their hikes are delayed by minimum 5-6 month WITHOUT arrears - Company forces to get multiple certifications in various technologies completely out of pocket, no reimbursement whatsoever. Even when they do get the budget for certifications, it is only for a handful of people, most of us end up paying out of pocket. - Work life balance depends on the manager and project - Managers with a WE-HAVE-TO-DO-IT attitude. Very big issue in Increment and Promotion. they hold Promotion for one one two two year even you have all approvals. and this cycle thy gave 3,4 percentag avg hike to all.

Dislikes

No learning, doing same task. They will only listen to clients and work as a contractor/vendor. No new project, no appreciation, no appraisal, no salary revision. They are struggling with internal politics so employees has to survive and will lose enthusiasm of doing work.

1. Short term projects 2. Lead and PM level politics. 3. While ramp down they don't tell the reason why specific person has been ramp down. 4. Bench policy i.e called DOJO here can be risky. 5. No time to time apprisals. They give apprisals in 2 installments 6. They hire anyone with any salary and internal employees who are billable throughout the year don't get what they deserve.

Nothing is good at all. Inside sales( they will hire you and tell everything good about you. After sometime they will start saying you are not comfortable with the system and not collaborating with team not even enthusiastic and being very silent on the weekly calls. Trust me they only talk shit in the meetings. They are all Spanishpeople they also tell in the meetings that they don’t know English still they are manager and leading the team. Please don’t join this company specially in sales and like client partner. Speaking shit about you with other team mates and they will fire you in 3 months and put you on PIP and give unrealistic target which you can’t even achieve in 1year. We Indians they hire us on less package and they play with our carer. Please I request don’t join this company.
