Nothing to like. Very bad leave policy. Wlb depends on your project.

They are doing layoffs silently. This year so many freshers have been terminated within 3months of joining. And now they recently laid off many people from bench. Even people in the project are laid off now last week. Only licking the management and contributing to the studio matters to them. No work life balance, in the OL they will mention flexible work hours, but assigned works needs to be completed. That's what they do. They assign you so much that you have to work 12hrs everyday to complete it. No support from the manager. Most of the reviews here are put by HRs because they also know candidates check reviews to decide which company to join.
