The office infrastructure is amazing. You don't have to complete 9 hours in office. Colleagues will always be ready to help whenever you need.

Dislikes

Workload is high. You have to mandatorily work on more than project at a time. The number of projects are limited. If you are on bench you might have to wait for long in order to get another project. During the bench period, you will have to complete numerous courses as suggested by the leads. If you are a slow learner, this place is not for you. You have to work at the star performer employee's pace even if you don't have the same experience as them. You might have to learn, perform and deliver with the same deadlines....Read More

It has been one of the best employer I have worked in 9 years of IT experience. The work culture is one of the USPs. Flexible working hours. If you are working for 2 hours and your productivity is 100% then nobody would ever bother you to work for remaining 6 hours. You can always use the remaining working hours to explore your skills and increase your org level presence.

No learning, doing same task. They will only listen to clients and work as a contractor/vendor. No new project, no appreciation, no appraisal, no salary revision. They are struggling with internal politics so employees has to survive and will lose enthusiasm of doing work.

1. Short term projects 2. Lead and PM level politics. 3. While ramp down they don't tell the reason why specific person has been ramp down. 4. Bench policy i.e called DOJO here can be risky. 5. No time to time apprisals. They give apprisals in 2 installments 6. They hire anyone with any salary and internal employees who are billable throughout the year don't get what they deserve.
