- Projects are meh at best, very few of them actually provide learning opportunities - Non-technical managers, some of the worst in the industry - Way too much micromanagement in projects - No promotion for long term employees - No hikes for some people in the last 2 years (2023, 2024). Company keeps making excuses of business beingdown while their quarterly results paint a completely different picture - Those who do get hikes, their hikes are delayed by minimum 5-6 month WITHOUT arrears - Company forces to get multiple certifications in various technologies completely out of pocket, no reimbursement whatsoever. Even when they do get the budget for certifications, it is only for a handful of people, most of us end up paying out of pocket. - Work life balance depends on the manager and project - Managers with a WE-HAVE-TO-DO-IT attitude.
