Worst company i ever seen. Interview process is very FALTU. Even if candidate given complete answer with proper manner and if 1 question unable to give answer they reject. PATHETIC Interview Process. GUYS DONT JOIN!!! They take interview like for project of NASA. 😄😄 "Naam Bade Aur Darshan Khote" 😄😄 Dont join and dont give interview also for this Bakwaaaaaaas company.

In Globant, people are very helpful and here work-life balance is very good. The salary also is reasonably good.

Here client is like God and nobody is questioning their behavior to the employees. I think it's high time that Globant should question to the higher management of client side as well. Client is paying you money for the work, they don't own you. So please listen to your employee as well.
