Company culture is good... they organize good number of events to maintain interest in office. Goa party is one of the key highlights.. appraisals are average even if you are not a good performer.

Dislikes

All depends on if you get a project or not and what project you get, since it is a service based organization. One of my frnd did not get project till 7 months of joining. Also if you get into a project little bit difficult to change bit I think that's same in all organization.
