These folks are insanely crazy in Adobe project. 1: Two 30 min breaks, that too is scheduled by managers, first can be during start of shift and another could be in the end 2: 2 bio breaks that too for 5 minutes and you need to ask in the group (group where clients are also added), sometimes they even deny the bio break requests andask you to sit 3: phones are not allowed, it should be in the locker 4: not allowed to sit with colleagues 5: inhuman behavior, you are forced to work on holidays else you will be expelled 6: managers are so disrespectful and when you take leave, manager will utilize your Earn leaves, they do not fill Casual or sick leave and when ask they threaten and ask to show where it is written in policy 7: for past 7 months, I have only 3 leaves and forced to work on diwali, christmas, new year, rakhi, dussehra, makar sankranti, 15th august. Too much partiality is shown. If you are favorable to the manager, then lucky for you! For female employees can not even get a leave if they are having health problems. They would just say "even I get health issues but I'm still coming to office".. Team lead are showing very much partially among the employees.This is the main reason for my resignation.

They will ruin your work life balance if you are not mapped into a project based on your relevant tech stack. A lot of internal politics can be seen within client environment. Most of the tasks in the project will only be support-based activities. They have their own tech stack for their projects where work experience would become useless for outer opportunities.
