Work life balance depends on the project in whichever company you work so i can't generalise it, overall salary benefits is good if you discuss it before joining the company only.

Dislikes

1. Doesn't gives appraisal, they can any time close the appraisal cycles without any reason. 2. In last 3 years only 1 time appraisal has happened. 3. Big talks less show. 4. Don't go by the name Hitachi linked to it's name, thay dont care much about Globallogic, there's nothing in common between Hitachi and Globallogic either cukture, growth, payscale. Just the normal top of the head policies. 5. A lot of programs to upskill Most projects have latest tech. Pay is good considering it is a IT service organisation, just try to negotiate as much as you can at time of joining.

Hikes are below average even for highly rated employees. Almost no onsite opportunities. 90 days notice.

GL doesnt believe in hire and fire unless you have behavioral issues. Most of the projects are like acquired taste and employees get ample time to scale up their performance.

Dislikes

1. Middle Leadership does micro management and decision changes are dynamic in nature. 2. No help from DM if you are stuck somewhere. most of projects have abusive culture which drains life out of people.

Likes

Salary without any variable pay and other benefits are good. You will find good clients and projects. Work culture is good. work life balance is good in most of the projects.

Dislikes

Once you get into some project then you need to be there for lifetime until you are out of Global Logic or unless project rampdown. Even if you are interested to learn other new techniques or bored of current routine work also you are not allowed to change the team or technology or project.

Depends on project, in some cases you can shine and get good opportunities, with respect to learning and growth. Management is easily approachable

Need to be clear in vision and promises to employees, getting converted slowly to typical service based org

Very bad experience in global logic...if are you in senior position always be changing your project from one location to another. Never go with noida location project..the work environment is toxic.no hike from 2022 to 2024 June ...If you got a good review in a project and at the time of hike if somehow you will be changing the another project...you wont get hike after getting the good review on last project.. there is no Job security on Global Logic..After taking by the hitachi they stooped the hike and promotion....Read More
