They will ruin your work life balance if you are not mapped into a project based on your relevant tech stack. A lot of internal politics can be seen within client environment. Most of the tasks in the project will only be support-based activities. They have their own tech stack for their projects where work experience would become useless for outer opportunities.

I didn’t like, company gives false commitments to their employee. 3 years wasted of my life. After 3 years we just got 5% appraisal. Even after putting paper company didn’t think to retain the employee who really woked hard to success the project.

The project level learning is good and can't be extended beyond a limit. We can work on our learning curve and learn much things. We can't get much monetary benefits here, so demand and get a higher CTC when you join.
Appraisals are happening only in 2 years and sometimes get hold as well. Recently the management is into micro-management and this affects the mental peace at work. Even for certifications, we can't get reimbursed as they have a ton of conditions. The Longevity bonus from client that was promised when joining has not been provided. Working in Global Logic is much fun when you have collaborative colleagues
There will be no job security even you are permanent employee. Everything in gloal logic is based on partiality specially from managers. There will be no hikes given and they don't recognise the good work. Company food is very terrible.

Cab facility is the only good thing at GL.
GL provides food but that food is low quality and unhealthy. They make us work like robots with 15 mins breaks in total 8 hours. They don't gives us leaves or any incentives. Leads feel they are on the top of the world but they are brainless. Facility team think they are the managers and real managers behave like peon. Salary is very low when compared to work.

I like the Company Culture and policies. For a fresher it is a decent company and for experienced it is a company you can retire at.
