They will ruin your work life balance if you are not mapped into a project based on your relevant tech stack. A lot of internal politics can be seen within client environment. Most of the tasks in the project will only be support-based activities. They have their own tech stack for their projects where work experience would become useless for outer opportunities.

I didn’t like, company gives false commitments to their employee. 3 years wasted of my life. After 3 years we just got 5% appraisal. Even after putting paper company didn’t think to retain the employee who really woked hard to success the project.

The project level learning is good and can't be extended beyond a limit. We can work on our learning curve and learn much things. We can't get much monetary benefits here, so demand and get a higher CTC when you join.

Dislikes

Appraisals are happening only in 2 years and sometimes get hold as well. Recently the management is into micro-management and this affects the mental peace at work. Even for certifications, we can't get reimbursed as they have a ton of conditions. The Longevity bonus from client that was promised when joining has not been provided. This company is not for cybersecurity folks, no scope of soc profile at all. No trainings at all for cyber professionals whatever you have learned is from your previous company that will remain with you only, no additional skills at all from this company.

No increment for the past 2.5 years. Each time, they assure that you will get an appraisal next quarter, but when the next quarter arrives, they claim the market isn't good and postpone it again. If the CEO of the organization sets this example, how can employees be expected to meet their product delivery commitments?

Cab facility is the only good thing at GL.

Dislikes

GL provides food but that food is low quality and unhealthy. They make us work like robots with 15 mins breaks in total 8 hours. They don't gives us leaves or any incentives. Leads feel they are on the top of the world but they are brainless. Facility team think they are the managers and real managers behave like peon. Salary is very low when compared to work.

I like the Company Culture and policies. For a fresher it is a decent company and for experienced it is a company you can retire at.

It depends upon your project and managers and how much exposure you are getting at work. For me I didn't get much exposure to learn new skills and it became monotonous.

1. I have seen people not getting promoted from 7 years 2. Their max increment is 6% rarely they give 10% to someone 3. Politics is at its peak 4. Overwork almost every other day, have to give extra working hours 5. Best to leave within one year after working 6. Out of team of 112 only 4 hot promoted, rest were doing coconuts?
