I was directly working with a client. Work and growth perspective it's really good. Peers from Globallogic are really great and supportive. Initially provided package is good.

- No proper communication formal communications from the upper management. They announced the no appraisal information over meeting after 4 months of employees bothering about this whether it'll be provided or not. And there's no formal communication at all. It was announced like a mobster meeting. - Another headache is you have to update your work status into clients jira, local GSheet for the Chennai team and then another GSheet for Nagpur management. - In terms of work life balance, you need to attend lot of meetings in the late night.
