I was directly working with a client. Work and growth perspective it's really good. Peers from Globallogic are really great and supportive. Initially provided package is good.

Dislikes

- No proper communication formal communications from the upper management. They announced the no appraisal information over meeting after 4 months of employees bothering about this whether it'll be provided or not. And there's no formal communication at all. It was announced like a mobster meeting. - Another headache is you have to update your work status into clients jira, local GSheet for the Chennai team and then another GSheet for Nagpur management. - In terms of work life balance, you need to attend lot of meetings in the late night. Since there's one more team working from USA....Read More

Need help in deciding the company. 1.Fractal Analytics 2.IRIS Software Inc. 3.Perficient 4.BP (British petroleum) 5.Genpact 6.Nagarro 7.GlobalLogic CCTC: 16.4 fixed YOE: 4.7 All above companies are having ctc ranged from 23-25 fixed and position is Senior AWS Data Engg. I am looking for a company which is offering good quality work and even though I need to stretch myself a bit initially I am ok with it. For nagarro I will be initially on the bench. Also any leads for fractal with what is the salary range for senior aws DE for 6+ yrs.

All depends on project you work once you became non billable resource to them they start torturing you only Hindi language preferences given fully north Indian domination in all internal projects to servire you need to learn Hindi language otherwise you will never survive in global logic

Only Advantage this company has is it don't have variable pay and shift allowance is considerably higher than the rest of the companies.
