Work culture is good.
They will ruin your work life balance if you are not mapped into a project based on your relevant tech stack. A lot of internal politics can be seen within client environment. Most of the tasks in the project will only be support-based activities. They have their own tech stack for their projects where work experience would become useless for outer opportunities.

There is nothing to be like for GlobalLogic. Only Job security is there.
No appraisals, no promotions, and no recognition for the employee's hard work. Work-life balance is totally dependent on the project and the manager. So much office politics, plus they do not have good projects as well. Do not join them; if you do, then ask for more money without hesitation because after entering, you will not get any appraisals.

There will be work-life imbalance in GlobalLogic and if you are a fresher then I advise you not to join GlobalLogic because there are some projects( projects like Anaplan) which can spoil both your career and mental health and if you join then you can also appoint a doctor and there is politics which is done by the middle level management team which can spoil your career and mental health.

I didn’t like, company gives false commitments to their employee. 3 years wasted of my life. After 3 years we just got 5% appraisal. Even after putting paper company didn’t think to retain the employee who really woked hard to success the project.

I like the Company Culture and policies. For a fresher it is a decent company and for experienced it is a company you can retire at.
