There will be work-life imbalance in GlobalLogic and if you are a fresher then I advise you not to join GlobalLogic because there are some projects( projects like Anaplan) which can spoil both your career and mental health and if you join then you can also appoint a doctor and there is politics which is done by the middle level management team which can spoil your career and mental health.

Terrible appraisals. The company works with product-based companies but offers salaries like those in service-based companies. If you want to do nothing with your life, join this company and relax. There is no micromanagement, and management always listens to your issues and concerns, but they never apply or resolve them.

I didn’t like, company gives false commitments to their employee. 3 years wasted of my life. After 3 years we just got 5% appraisal. Even after putting paper company didn’t think to retain the employee who really woked hard to success the project.

No Project in the pipeline. Most of the project manager expecting to high level skills After dopne the project. You have attend multipe rounds to get new project ( Like 3 or 4 rounds). They are following banch period was 3 Months. In case there is no project, They will move to talent pool and every week friday. they will conduct the talent pool connect.

The project level learning is good and can't be extended beyond a limit. We can work on our learning curve and learn much things. We can't get much monetary benefits here, so demand and get a higher CTC when you join.

Appraisals are happening only in 2 years and sometimes get hold as well. Recently the management is into micro-management and this affects the mental peace at work. Even for certifications, we can't get reimbursed as they have a ton of conditions. The Longevity bonus from client that was promised when joining has not been provided. Dont ever go to gurgaon global logic office. They are hiring good engineers for the support work for Adobe. They will give you higher pay but work culture toxic. Everyday you are facing escalations from clients. They dont let you use your phone. No holidays, you need to spend daily of 13 hrs to complete the work. Its a loop, don’t go there, the longer you stay there, you will end up loosing your dev skills. You also would fired up after one year....Read More

There is no job security, you can't take any leaves even if they are your planned leaves . If you want to take any leave then you have to Inform it to your supervisor a month or 2 months before. The salary provided is not sufficient for today's needs.

Current new HR policies are not at all employee friendly. 1) Increased notice period to 90 days 2) No leaves enchashments 3) 3 days work from office mandate 4) Cutting budgets everywhere from gifts to rewards.
