If anyone wanted to make a career in corporate; this organization is worst to start with. Or else you will lose the faith in corporate career!! And I mean it. There is no work life balance, work satisfaction or peace of mind. They will play with your mental health and put you into that misery that you will take a months to recover. Company has no log of timing. As a result you have to work for 12 to 13 hours. The organisation is also filled with favouritism. On the other hand, managers and asst. managers acts like a narcissist. As an employee I agree that company does not provide satisfied reports to the clients but the AI contents which can be get easily. I wish nothing but the downfall for this organisation.
