Work culture is pathetic. They don't deliver on their promises. Little to no growth and job security is really low. I got appraisal after a year and half and it felt like getting pocket money, it was that low... Not even 10% increment 🥲

We used to log in by 10:30 and there was no Logg off time, even on weekends we have to work. They want production to be done while the person is on client report too.
