Mentor was good and understanding

Dislikes

Work culture is pathetic. They don't deliver on their promises. Little to no growth and job security is really low. I got appraisal after a year and half and it felt like getting pocket money, it was that low... Not even 10% increment 🥲

The in depth learning process

Their HRs are really unprofessional. Make sure you clearly discuss the T&C before signing the offer letter as they hired some of us on permanent remote job basis but mandated our visit to office later
