I am writing this feedback in the belief that management will look on to this and take the necessary steps. There are more team leaders in some teams which is not necessary at all, since it is creating a gap in streamlining the workflows and communication. Team leaders should be aligned with the team’s size, complexity and goals

I started my career at Billedright and worked for 16 years with this organization. I have a work-life balance, and it's the right workplace for female employees to concentrate on their personal and professional lives. I appreciate the culture, continuous learning, and innovation.

Dislikes

Some people are biased because they are in the head of department position but not like a leader. They misused their authority and were very biased.

The working environment is excellent, with no work pressure. Br provides a great learning platform. Management genuinely cares about employees' concerns and resolves them promptly, often on the same day. BR places high importance on its workforce by recognizing and regarding achievements.
