Team members are very supportive to each other since management is pathetic for all

Dislikes

One company which still believes in forced labour and management. These guys treat their employees as bonded labourers. Upper management is sitting overseas not sure, what actually happening on the floor. Most pathetic is 3-4 people who thought themselves as owners. The HR policies are for namesake which only benefits employer, incidents of harrassments, delays in salary, fake salary slips are all common in this organisation. It's a good place to start but eventually you come to realise that there isn't much work at the senior level and you must plan to leave and look for better options if your performance is average or comparatively low as you'll be stuck in the same job role for almost 2 years.

Only If you are at some junior position then you’ll not have to work on weekends.

You’ll get promotions and their appreciation If you’re partying with them or going on trip for them. A lot of politics is there, only who are sweet with them will get the promotions.
