My TL and manager! Working environment is good but the people around makes it worst! If you are happy and they can see that on your face!! You are in trouble, they need dead employees with no expression and happiness and someone who licks their feet 24/7, gives them treat, pays for them in parties and gives free rides to home!! You will be reminded from time to time that your primary job is calling. Zero skills development. Work satisfaction is nill. Do not join if you want to learn new things and develop skills for future. It is a glorified calling job. Coming to the data side that they provide to the client, it is biased, wrong, and done by insiders, andfor the CATI interviews most of the respondents are not qualified to be part of the survey but they take their interviews anyway....Read More
