Ohh boy....i was unfortunate enough to land in a team lead by incorrigible clowns. You will eventually find out in the below reviews which team I am talking about. It's a cold calling job in which you'll be stuck with a crappy headphone asking people what network, bank or sedative they use to actually bare with this "research". Don't get lured during you campus placement about the numerous "incentives" you'll get while working here, the 1 year promotion, the retention bonus are all dependent on the numbers you bring to table by hook or by crook (trust me it'll either eat away you sanity or your character). My advice would be if you seriously need a job atleast weigh your options carefully because resignation is a theme here so it would be better to try for appropriate opportunities that are suitable to your domain, because honestly if a monkey could speak English and do ctrl c + ctrl v they will hire it. There is nothing really great about this organization. Everyday some one or the other gives resignation and the management does not even care about it.

1. Micromanagement 2. Excessive workload 3. No promotion 4. Upper management does not care about their employees 5. If you say no to parties, they will start treating you with disgust 6. Employees are not given their retention bonus 7. Unnecessary deduction in KRAs. 8.

Only If you are at some junior position then you’ll not have to work on weekends.

Dislikes

You’ll get promotions and their appreciation If you’re partying with them or going on trip for them. A lot of politics is there, only who are sweet with them will get the promotions.
