The work environment is brilliant and comfortable. The people are nice and don't try to undermine your work. There are abundance of job opportunities that are fair and work well done is recognised. There is frequent training given, sometimes in proper formal sessions and sometime while checking your content. The management is open to innovation and is happy to listen to new ideas.

Compensation for working over time is non existent. The work pressure is intense and work life balance is compromised. Also, the management can be partial to some team leads even when there are multiple complaints against them. Extreme shortage of resources in some teams.
Work Details
The work is challenging as I had to work on a little bit of everything. There was report writing, market engineering, training new associates, QCing and editing content, working on collaterals, hunting for primaries, and also working with clients.
