This company is good for a person who is a fresher(just completed graduation). This job demands lots of travelling.

Dislikes

Teammates are not very co-operative, working environment is not very good, lots of politics, career growth is slow, not much of innovation. Job is less secured. Behavior of the senior/manager is not good at all.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
