Would never suggest anyone to go there . It seems like u r not an employee company, they treat u like a servant. There is no sense of hierarchy here. Less talented people then u are managing u and telling u to do ur job, whereas they know absolutely nothing about how the work is done for the client. Work here is so terrible that youfeel like you are doing data entry instead of account and even they don't know what is accounting. They are doing copy paste job, and you have to extend your shift everyday, and they are not giving you Overtime as well. If You Join this company then you are not able maintain your work life balance, tumhari shift 3:30PM PM sharp chalu ho jayegi but khatam kab hogi ye koi bata nhi sakta, in fact vaha ka Manager bhi khud 3:30 PM ka Bol ke 4:30 PM ko aata h or rarko Late niklta h.

Very Bad. Boss behaviour is very double minded. He need chatu employees to work. No over time & forcing to stay long. No comp-offb but forcely asking to come in weekend. Inching in little little things like wash your cups, chairs should be proper, toilet should be clean. Never suggesting any one to join.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
