I joined this company as a fresher and presently working here as a junior software engineer. I am getting good work exposure. Seniors are of helping nature. It has been just 3 months and I have already started to work on live projects. Its challenging but my fellow mates and my seniors help me out with my difficulties in my assignedtasks. For fresher like me, I got the right platform in this company. Learning new things is possible here. The Management (TLs and Managers) also help organize separate trainings if required. I am already working on live project, doing coding. My senior always keeps motivating me to do better and is also pushing me to develop leadership specific qualities.

Dislikes

I expecting little more salary than I got. This just start for me. But I know that when I show performance then they give good hike.
